Woman hurt in A52 smash

Firefighters from West Bridgford freed a woman who was trapped in her vehicle following a crash involving two cars on the A52 at Bingham which happened just after 5pm on Tuesday.

The woman was taken to hospital by ambulance. There were no other injuries.

Firecrews were detained at the scene for half an hour.
