Balaclava youths try to 'outrun' Newark roads policing officers but end up having motorcycle seized

Youths in balaclavas on a motorcycle gave chase to officers in a BMW which they soon realised 'they couldn't outrun'.

The suspects on the stolen bike passed a roads policing unit in Newark on Saturday and then rode it off road into fields and woods.

Roads officers, as well as response and Specials, detained two people.

They were dealt with for numerous offences and the stolen bike was recovered.
