Amy Hunt and Gabrielle Lucas help Grantham Athletic Club to victory

Two Newark-based athletes helped Grantham Athletic Club triumph at a match in Sutton-in-Ashfield.

Under-13 runner Amy Hunt, of Newark, won the 150m, 800m, and shot put, setting a personal best score in the latter.

Also in the Under-13 Girls category, Gabrielle Lucas, of Claypole, put in some fine performances in the 75m and long jump, setting a personal best leap of 3.52m.
