B Fest is back for its seventh year with the popular music festival sold out in Bingham, Nottinghamshire

A town's popular festival will be returning this weekend, and just like in the lead-up to last year's event, tickets are already sold out.

This Saturday sees the seventh edition of the Bingham Festival being held at the Bingham Town Sports Club on Butt Field with gates opening at 11.45am.

The first bands will be performing from 1pm and the headline act will finish by 10pm.

Headlining the event will be, Not The Roling Stones, the world-leading tribute band featuring a Mick Jagger impersonator who has appeared on television in six different countries.

He was even once asked to stand in for the popular singer in a video.

Another tribute band, The Fillers is high up on the bill, the group is dedicated to performing the hits of The Killers with the band's frontman Brandon Flowers telling fans: "You should check them out."

Musicians attending hail from all over the East Midlands, but the event emphasises local music wherever possible.

BFest will have two stages one acting as the main stage and the second featuring further artists and local up-and-coming acts.

The event will also feature other activities including, children's funfair rides, food stalls, outside bars, and face painting.

BFest is being organised by the volunteers of Bingham Town Sports Club Committee who are responsible for the upkeep and development of the facilities at Butt Field.

The facilities are used by Bingham Town Youth and Senior Football Clubs, as well as the Bingham Town Cricket Club.

The funds raised from BFest will go towards the upkeep and improvement of the facilities for the 400+ children and adults who use them.
The event is fast becoming a staple in the area’s music calendar.
