Ballard’s best at breaststroke

Will Ballard of Newark Swimming Club produced a battling performance in the third round of the Spring Gala League at Bramcote.

Newark found the going tough, finishing in fourth place, but their swimmers dug deep to produce six wins and eight personal best times.
