Newark Alliance First Division : Leaders put six past Castle Barge

Danny Weiss dispatched his first from the spot in the first-half, and they doubled the lead when Adam McLean took on a few players before slotting in.
A nice finish from Tommy Dowd gave Castle Barge hope just before the half-time whistle.
Weiss adding a second from the spot after the break and Simon Ratcliffe finished from the edge of the box.
Mitch Eley also converted from the penalty spot, while substitute Callam Atkinson got on the scoresheet with a good finish.
Their nearest challengers, RHP Reserves, were 5-2 winners over Newark Flowserve Reserves.
There were two goals apiece for Joe Powell and Rob Winter and one for Joe Brumpton.
Kris German and Macauley Nicholson scored for Flowserve Reserves.
Walesby were 3-2 winners at Evolution.
The sides were level at the break, but Walesby did enough to consolidate their fourth position.
Matthew Eland, Richard Lenton and an own goal ensured the away side’s win while Ryan Horton and Stuart Moody scored for Evolution.
