The two men go head to head at the city’s Ahoy Stadium in front of 15,000 people in a show that will be streamed live on UFC Fight Pass to fans from 180 countries.
Bailey Sugden said: “Fighting on the world’s biggest promotion, watched by millions and in Holland, the home of kickboxing, no less — I cannot think of a better way to end what has already been an incredible year for me.
“This is my chance to really make my mark and I just hope Chenglong is ready for war because that is exactly what is coming his way when we meet in the ring on Saturday night.”
His opponent is the Chinese number one and tenth ranked fighter in the Glory rankings.
There was success for two Newark Amateur Boxing Club’s rising stars at Bracebridge Boxing Club’s show in Lincoln.
Brandon O’Dowd beat Kieron Skate by unanimous decision and Connor Meanwell beat Jack Thompson by a majority decision.
Head coach Dean Sugden said he was pleased with developments at the club.
“We are going from strength to strength, not only on the professional front but also at amateur level,” he said.
“Helping to shape the future of Newark’s next generation of fighters is something that has always been important to us and we will be taking another step forward with this when NABC’s first ever home show takes place in Farndon on February 10.
“Full details are still being finalised but it has already been agreed that a re-match between Connor and Jack will be included.”
