James Martin leads the line-up at Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham
Celebrity chef James Martin will be cooking up a storm when he heads to the Nottingham stage next week.
He is back on the road after a sell-out tour last year and will be back at the Royal Concert Hall on Wednesday (November 1).
Last year, he delighted audiences with his ability to build the ‘biggest and best bacon and cheese butty’, huge Yorkshire puddings and even his own take on the retro Funny Feet ice cream.
This time, the Yorkshire-born chef is planning to make the new tour even hotter with fun, laughter, food and even some live music in this exclusive gastronomic experience.
Before that Sinfonia Viva will be performing Stunning Strings at the venue on Sunday (October 29) at 4pm
The programme will feature Vaughan Williams’ Fantasia on a Theme of Thomas Tallis, George Walker’s Lyric For Strings, and Tchaikovsky’s Serenade For Strings.
In contrast, comedian Phil Wang is at the concet hall on Sunday (October 29) with his new stand-up show, Wang In There Baby.
And on Monday (October 30) there is Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse Live In Concert.
The film will be shown on a huge HD screen and be accompanied by a fusion of live orchestra, turntables and percussion playing the music from the score and soundtrack.
