Dinosaur World Live roars on to stage at Royal Concert Hall, Nottingham
Dinosaurs are set to invade Nottingham next week — direct from the West End.
Dinosaur World Live is coming to the Royal Concert Hall from Monday (August 22) to Wednesday as part of its latest UK tour.
Using stunning puppetry, the show brings remarkably life-like dinosaurs to the stage in an educational and entertaining family show.
The line-up includes every child’s favourite flesh-eating giant the tyrannosaurus rex, along with a giraffatitan, microraptor, segnosaurus and triceratops.
Dinosaur World Live introduces Miranda, daughter of palaeontologists, who grew up surrounded by dinosaurs on a far-away island off the coast of South America and has brought her pre-historic pals to your local theatre and would love you to meet them.
Each performance is followed by a post-show meet and greet where audience members have the opportunity to meet some of the dinosaurs in person.
There are performances at 2pm on Monday, and at 11am and 2pm on Tuesday and Wednesday.
The show is suitable for children aged three and over.
It has a running time of 50 minutes plus a 15-minute post-show meet and greet.
Dinosaur World Live is written and directed by Derek Bond. Its creative team includes designers who have worked for Cirque de Soleil, Don Quixote for the Royal Shakespeare Company, and War Horse.
