Rock and roll band Fozzy announced a 10-date UK headline tour with a mandatory concert at Nottingham’s music venue Rock City
Powerhouse band announced a 10-date UK headline tour throughout this month with a mandatory stop at Nottingham’s Rock City.
Fozzy features frontman Chris Jericho, guitarist Rich Ward delivering the real rock and roll experience with headbanging riffs, Grant Brooks on drums, bassist PF Farley and Billy Grey leading the charge on guitar shredding solos.
With over twenty years of career, the band’s eighth and latest studio album – BOOMBOX, will be heard on tour in an expected explosive performance of groovy, sweaty and hook-laded rock and roll.
Adding to the endless touring of their earlier albums, the band will be heading to Rock City on February 24 as part of The Spotlight tour.
Chri Jericho said: “The UK has always been the second home for FOzzy and we always look forward to rocking ith all of you.
“The Spotlight tour is our biggest UK tour ever nad we are stored to bring the Fozzy party to your shores with new songs, a new show and the same Fozzy intensity and fun factor that you have come to demand and expect from us.”
They have shared the stage with a pantheon of rock icons such as Metallica, KISS and Iron Maiden.
The release of the seventh LP JUDAS elevated the band into the rarified group of acts to cross over from the rock and metal world into mainstream consciousness.
The title track from the album has been streamed over 65 million times on Spotify alone and sung word for word by 81,000 fans when FOZZY performed at AEW’s sellout Wembley Stadium show in August.
