Julia said: “I’d like to thank the staff and residents for their warm welcome during my recent visit and for supporting our Christmas Challenge.
“Although our two social care organisations support different parts of the community, we share a common goal of ensuring people have access to activities that help them stay as active and socially connected as possible.
“The funds from this year’s Christmas Challenge are going towards our sports and fitness activities for adults with learning disabilities in Nottinghamshire, and we’re incredibly grateful to the residents for their support.”
Jilu Stephen General Manager at Edingley Lodge said: “We are always keen to show as much support as we can to local charities.
