Newark charity Children's Bereavement Centre appealing for Halloween costume donations
A children's charity is appealing for donations of costumes ahead of Halloween.
The Children's Bereavement Centre is asking the public for help in looking for any unwanted fancy dress outfits.
They are accepting all sizes, children's or adult and they can be in any style or condition whether they are outgrown, old or worn out.
Other items that may also be used for Halloween costumes are also being accepted such as blazers and hats.
The charity has thanked the public for their interest in donating and asked that any costume donations be dropped off at the centre this week between the reception hours of 9am to 5pm every week day.
The Children's Bereavement Centre is also due to hold ScareFest on October 29 and 30, a fundraising event in Newark Castle grounds, with tickets on sale now.
The event will offer a range of Halloween themed activities such as pumpkin carving, fancy dress competitions and a guided ghost walk.
If you are able to donate clothing for the costume appeal, please email: katiegibson@childrensbereavementcentre.co.uk.
Donations came be delivered to Children's Bereavement Centre, 3 Kings Road, Newark, NG24 1EW.
