Reader’s letter: Election sums up the nation

As an avid follower of politics, I don’t think I have ever known such contrasts among General Election voters.

On the one hand we have outright apathy of those with no intention of voting, regardless of arguments.

On the other we have the passionate followers, ramming home the party line to whoever will listen while refusing to consider any other opinion.

If ever there was an election that sums up the attitude of an entire country, this is it I’m afraid. — R. MILLER, Newark.
