Advertiser reader’s letter: Happy customer

I was delighted when Porters reopened on Bridge Street, Newark, under new ownership last year but only went in for the first time early one day last week.

The sausage rolls were still baking so I took some Scotch eggs and I was delighted when I ate one that lunchtime to find the yolk was still runny!

The food and the service were excellent.
