5-month-old Belgian Shepherd Cross up for adoption with RSPCA Radcliffe Animal Centre

A complicated young dog is in need of a forever home.

RSPCA Radcliffe Animal Centre is looking for a committed and experienced dog owner to adopt 5-month-old Belgian Shepherd Cross, Bella.

The right person would preferably have experience with German or Belgium Shepherd breeds.

Looking after Bella can be complicated as she gets easily bored and will need someone at home most of the time to cater for her demanding personality.

She will also need to be in an adult only home and cannot live with cats as she has a very high chase drive.

However, the animal centre advise that Bella could be re-homed with a well socialised, calm, neutered male dog.

Bella's high energy levels mean she will need lots of mental stimulation in order to make a well-behaved adult dog.

The young dog is also in need of training across all areas and long term would benefit from channelling her mental energy in a positive manner such as with agility or trick training.
