Nottinghamshire police in Newark want to trace owner of motocross helmet after disrupting riders




Police are keen to track the owner of a motorbike helmet left behind after riding had been reported along a lane.

Officers from the Balderton and Fernwood beat team at Newark Police were called to an incident regarding off road bikes seen riding around the Bowbridge Lane area of Newark on Saturday.

The bikers rode away from officers, but in their rush they left behind several items.

One of these items is a distinctive black and orange motocross helmet with skull details.

Police would like a word with those responsible before returning the items.
