Middleton Lodge Practice in Ollerton to move to a total triage system in July

A medical practice will be moving to a total triage system this summer to improve the access and quality for its patients.

The Middleton Lodge Practice in Ollerton has announced that they will be introducing a new appointment system from July 1.

From that date onwards, patients will be asked to submit the practice’s online triage tool, which will then be reviewed/assessed by a clinician before an appointment may be offered.

The new system is set to ensure that patient needs are assessed by an appropriate member of staff.

The forms can be submitted directly through the practice’s website and those who are not able to submit the online form, the reception team will be able to assist over the phone.

The service will replace its current online booking and messaging service via SystmOne online.

The practice’s manager, Arron Darrall, will be holding patient participation group meetings in the premises, to present the new system and answer questions relating to the service on Friday June 6, June 13, June 20, and June 27 all at 6pm.
